Last updated: August 13, 2026

What ACHRI Health is

ACHRI Health is a clinic management and care-coordination platform connecting patients with their doctors/clinics. It is not an emergency service — for urgent or emergency care, please contact your local emergency services directly.

Telemedicine prescriptions

Prescriptions issued through virtual consultations are subject to applicable Indian telemedicine practice guidelines (MoHFW Telemedicine Practice Guidelines). Category restrictions on what can be prescribed virtually are enforced by the platform, not left to guesswork.

Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide; doctors are responsible for clinical judgment.ACHRI Health is a coordination platform, not a party to the clinical relationship.

Payment terms

Consultation fees are charged per your clinic's stated pricing at the time of booking; refund handling follows the clinic's stated policy.

Account termination

Either party may close an account. Clinical records are retained per the Privacy Policy's retention terms regardless of account closure.
